CANCELLATION POLICY

We value our stylists time. It’s extremely valuable to us and it should be to you as well. Because of this we have a strict cancellation policy.

Any same day cancellations/no shows will automatically be charged 100% of the service price regardless of reason.

Less than 24 hours notice cancellation/reschedules will automatically be charged 75% of the service price

Covid Policy: We currently do not have a separate policy for covid or other illness related cancellations.

We require a credit card to book all appointments. We will automatically charge clients that violate the cancellation policy, Clients who fail to pay will not be allowed to rebook until payment made.

DEPOSITS

All color services 3 hours or more require a non refundable deposit that is applied towards your appointment.

REFUNDS

We do not issue monetary refunds. But if your haircut or hair color needs adjusting please contact us within 7 days of the original appointment.

- We are at 61 Berkeley street in the South End.

- Located between Appleton St and Chandler St

- 7 min walk from the ORANGE LINE (Back Bay T stop)

- 20 min walk, from the RED LINE (West Broadway T stop)

PARKING

If you aren’t taking public transportation please give yourself ample time to park. Be cautious of of street cleaning on Wednesdays.

There are a lot of metered parking spots for daytime parking. 

After 6pm many of the Berkeley St. parking becomes resident.

There is 2 hour parking on Chandler St and Tremont St.
