where can i park?

- you can park at a meter on berkeley St until 6pm when they turn to resident only

- there are 2 parking garages: back bay garage or atelier 505 garage

-there is free 2 hour parking on chandler st. (the first right after the salon)

-we are a 5 minute walk from the back bay (orange line) t station

do you cut kids hair?

yes! while we do offer haircuts for children, it's important to note that we do not have a separate pricing structure specifically for children's hair. to provide the best experience for our little customers, we kindly ask that they be able to sit comfortably during the service, this helps ensure their safety and allows our stylists to give the best haircut possible.

help i’m running late!

no problem, we do ask that you inform us if you anticipate being late for your appointment so that we can make necessary arrangements to accommodate you. however, please be aware that we reserve the right to refuse service to those who arrive more than 15 minutes late.

do you do natural hair?

we offer cutting and color services for natural, curly to coily hair types hair, but we do not offer braiding, loc, or relaxing services. if you have any specific questions or would like to inquire about our services, please feel free to ask.

what is your cancellation policy

-if you same day cancel for any reason or no show an appointment we charge your credit card 100% of your services booked for that day.

-if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we charge 75% of the total services booked for that scheduled appointment.

-we currently do not have a separate policy for covid or other illness related cancellations.

-we require a credit card to book your appointments. we automatically charge clients that violate the cancellation policy, clients who fail to pay will not be allowed to rebook until payment made.

what service do I book?

if you’re not sure what to book for after reading our descriptions in the app, please call us so we can assist you. for most new color clients we require an in person color consultation before booking.

why do i need a credit card to book?

we need a credit card on file to book all appointments. by agreeing to giving us this information you therefore agree to our cancellation policy. and we will use the card on file to automatically process fees when our policy is violated

is your app broken? there are no appointments

no, our app is not broken if you are not seeing available appointments for your preferred stylist it is because they are completely booked. you can call and be added to your stylists waitlist if you’re looking to get in sooner.

what’s your refund/return policy?

we do not offer monetary refunds. if you aren’t satisfied with a product , bring it back and swap it out. if you aren’t satisfied with your service for any reason please contact the salon within 7 business days of your original appointment for a complimentary adjustment.
